Show & Tell

Finally finished the workbench I started back in March

Took way longer than planned because I measured wrong twice. Okay, three times. It's not perfect, one leg is a quarter inch short and I shimmed it with a folded coaster, but it holds my weight and I'm weirdly proud of it.

Next up is shelves. Any tips for a total beginner who's still a little scared of the table saw?

That coaster shim is a rite of passage. Looks great! Okay but what's the first thing you're building on it?

Nice work! For the saw, see if a local hardware store or community college runs a basic safety class. Worth every minute.
